Pick Up From Store is valid only if customer contact Nicsons Pet Store team immediately after this order is placed. Pick up must made within 7 days. Otherwise payment will be refund back to your bank account with 10% discard fee applies.
Delivery fee at checkout is avalibale for single order only, delivery fee is not accept for additional orders.
Free shipping can not apply to multiple orders.
The delivery times provided by Nicsons Pet Store are estimates only. Nicsons Pet Store will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Nicsons Pet Storecannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

Merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards. We will not accept dirty, washed or used products.

All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.
Nicsons Pet Store does not assume return shipping costs. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
If a package is refused, there will be a $10.00 refusal fee plus our actual shipping costs which include the freight to and from the customer.
We try to stock the highest quality products available but unfortunately sometimes a product may not work as expected. In the first instance we recommend that you live chat or please contact us by email: email@example.com as we can hopefully offer immediate advice to resolve the problem. If we cannot easily resolve the problem then we will provide instructions for return of the item back to us.
